You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes connected with learning about, attending, exhibiting at, presenting at, sponsoring or otherwise engaging with OM Yoga Show.

4. Tickets and bookings
Ticket purchases are currently completed through Eventbrite. When you select a ticket link, you may be taken to an Eventbrite booking page or embedded checkout. Eventbrite’s own terms and privacy notice will apply to its service.
OM Yoga Show ticket prices, booking charges, refund rules, transfer rules, entry conditions and event-specific terms will be shown during the booking process or in the relevant ticket information.
A ticket does not guarantee entry to a particular free class, talk, workshop or feature unless this is expressly stated. Capacity, age, health and safety, arrival-time or booking restrictions may apply.

5. Event changes, postponement or cancellation
Live events involve circumstances that may be outside our reasonable control. We may change the programme, presenters, exhibitors, layout, venue facilities, opening times or other event elements where reasonably necessary.
If an event is postponed, moved or cancelled, the rights and remedies available to ticket holders will be governed by applicable consumer law and the ticket terms in force when the booking was made.
Travel, accommodation and other personal arrangements are made at your own risk unless applicable law states otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, downloads and other content are owned by or licensed to Prime Impact Events & Media Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view the website and print or save reasonable extracts for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not remove credits or copyright notices, modify content, reproduce substantial parts of the website, or use our branding commercially without prior written permission.
“OM Yoga Show” and associated names, logos and branding must not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation without permission.
