Prime Impact Events & Media Ltd operates OM Yoga Show London and the website london.omyogashow.com. In this policy, “OM Yoga Show”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Prime Impact Events & Media Ltd.

Photographs and recordings

Photography and filming may take place at the event for security, editorial, archival and promotional purposes. Where appropriate, notices will be displayed at the venue. Please speak to a member of the event team if you have concerns about being photographed or recorded.

We may keep a minimal suppression record so that we can respect your request not to receive further marketing.

  • a buyer, investor or successor if our business or assets are reorganised or transferred.

We require service providers acting on our behalf to use personal information only for the agreed service and to protect it appropriately. Some third parties, including Eventbrite and social media platforms, may also act as independent controllers and publish their own privacy notices.

8. International transfers

Some suppliers may store or access information outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we use a lawful transfer mechanism where required, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to approved contractual clauses, or another permitted safeguard.
