Lecture Area application

Apply to present a lecture at OM Yoga Show London. The lecture area is located within the main hall and is designed for informative, engaging sessions that share knowledge and expertise in the health and wellness sphere.

About the lecture area

Sessions are designed to share knowledge and expertise with visitors. They cannot be sales pitches. All lectures must be informative and engaging. Sessions are 30 minutes long, free for visitors to attend, and sound equipment is provided in the area.

Applications reviewed by the OM Yoga team If your application is successful, the team will be in touch. Priority for allocation will be given to applications from exhibitors at the discretion of Prime Impact Events & Media.

Equipment available

The lecture area includes sound equipment and screen support. Please review the details below before applying and bring anything additional you need for your presentation.

One roaming microphone is available to support audience interaction and questions.

A TV screen is available. Please bring your own laptop with a HDMI port, or the relevant HDMI adapter for your laptop.

The lecture area is positioned within the main hall, so it is best suited to informative sessions where some surrounding event noise can be expected.

Before you apply

  • Confirm whether you or your organisation has booked a stand at the Yoga Show.
  • Confirm who the lecture is aimed at, such as beginners, intermediate, advanced, teachers or all levels.
  • Prepare the title of your lecture, as this may appear in the show programme.
  • Prepare the name of the presenter, as this may appear in the show programme.
  • Choose your preferred day, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
  • Choose your preferred time, AM or PM.
  • Prepare your lecture description without web addresses, emails or contact details.
  • Prepare your presenter profile without web addresses, emails or contact details.
  • Have a high resolution image ready to include alongside your description.
  • Prepare details of your field of expertise and qualifications.
  • Add any additional information that may support your application.
  • Confirm that you are available to present the lecture detailed in your application.

Please note: lecture descriptions and presenter profiles may appear in the show programme, subject to editing. Please do not include web addresses, email addresses or contact details in these sections. Maximum upload size is 20MB. If your file is larger, please email it to gemma@primeimpact.co.uk.
