All classes / lectures are free on a first come first served basis, please arrive at the class / lecture areas 10 minutes prior to the start time and please remember to bring your mat for open all yoga class areas.

Yoga Therapy for Anxiety is a therapeutic approach to yoga to treat how anxiety and stress manifest in the mind, body and breath. This class will focus on breathing techniques to soothe symptoms like racing thoughts and shallow breathing, and mindful flowing movement to encourage a connection to the physical body. No previous yoga knowledge is required. Chairbound variations will be offered. All levels and abilities are welcome.

Please remember to bring your own yoga mat.
