All classes / lectures are free on a first come first served basis, please arrive at the class / lecture areas 10 minutes prior to the start time and please remember to bring your mat for open all yoga class areas.
This session introduces an easy-to-do yogic practice and a breathing technique to enhance one’s overall wellbeing. These powerful tools align and balance one’s physical, psychological and energy dimensions. Regular practice can stretch and activate the spine, strengthen the muscles around the spine and calm the system, reducing stress & anxiety.
