All classes / lectures are free on a first come first served basis, please arrive at the class / lecture areas 10 minutes prior to the start time and please remember to bring your mat for open all yoga class areas.
Yoga Flow, similar to Vinyasa Yoga, is our most popular style that people find themselves returning to time and time again. This fast-paced class invites you to move your body in time with your breath. Practitioners say that Flow becomes like a meditative dance, with movements repeated making it easy for you to find your own version of “flow”. It’s intense, dynamic and incredibly rewarding, encouraging flexibility, mindfulness and better fitness.
Please ensure you bring your own yoga mat with you.
