All classes / lectures are free on a first come first served basis, please arrive at the class / lecture areas 10 minutes prior to the start time and please remember to bring your mat for open all yoga class areas.
Join the Mystic Sisters, Barbara May, and Maria Lodetoft for a soothing and relaxing class to restore balance within the mind, body, and soul. Maria guides you through seated and still yin and restorative yoga poses while Barbra will visit you to offer hands-on reiki healing. This class is aimed to restore the internal flow of energy through the body’s medians and chakra system. The combination of physical activation and energetic aliment will truly restore, nourish, and support.
