In this practice, we will break down some postures, make sure you are comfortable with the options and then build up some energy in a fun, safe environment where you are encouraged to work at your own pace, but if you want to challenge yourself you can go for it! The most important thing is you feel safe and secure and understand there is no judgement or criticism in the space we create together. Expect a lot of giggles and fun as we have to go through a high-tempo practice! This class will encourage you to work to find your intelligent edge and get you out of your comfort zone whilst working on a theme of love and knowing your best self. We will end with a deep relaxation yoga NIDRA to compliment the physical asanas. This practice will be all about balance.
