All classes / lectures are free on a first come first served basis, please arrive at the class / lecture areas 10 minutes prior to the start time and please remember to bring your mat for open all yoga class areas.

Chair yoga for all – office workers, commuters, working from home, the elderly. Come along and explore how fun chair yoga can be – it is the most accessible form of yoga. It is great for anyone who is deskbound, has a limited range of motion due to injury/illness or finds certain yoga postures challenging.
