All classes / lectures are free on a first come first served basis, please arrive at the class / lecture areas 10 minutes prior to the start time and please remember to bring your mat for open all yoga class areas.
Studies have shown that hundreds of different ailments can often be connected to dysfunctional breathing. The good news is that breathing is SO simple and easy to work with (all it takes is about five minutes a day). Nevsah will explain about the benefits of breathwork and lead you through a relaxing meditation and breathwork exercises.
Please remember to bring your own yoga mat.
