Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior with Nicole Windle

The Spiritual Warrior is a well-rounded comprehensive yoga class that transforms, invigorates and energises, while at the same time grounds and leads the student inward on an exploration of the deeper spiritual aspects of the self. You will bend and twist your spine in 6 directions, invert in handstand, shoulder stand and headstand, working towards aligning your chakras. Explore this wonderful set sequence asana practice, led by the breath, with time for meditation and deep rest in savasana.

Suitable for people with at least 6 months yoga practice
