All classes / lectures are free on a first come first served basis, please arrive at the class / lecture areas 10 minutes prior to the start time and please remember to bring your mat for open all yoga class areas.

You’ll also experience how to release full body patterns of tightness through the back of the body, enabling your to fully surrender with grace and ease.
