Having brought his self back from injury a few times Stephen knows what it is like to be patient and work within your own boundaries. He also knows what it is like to break through your limitations.
During his training and practise spanning 20 years Stephen has learned both strong and soft postures – after all every body is unique and has different needs. As well as lengthening and articulating the body Stephen also likes to move into deep relaxation too.
He likes to work with people recovering from serious illness, people who are stressed and people who have been at their desks too long!
For Stephen yoga is a voyage around the body where we attempt to check in at every opportunity.
