Shanti’s fascination with the practice of yoga started over 30 years ago and she qualified as a Sivananda yoga teacher in India in 1999. Her passion, commitment and love for the yoga practice continues to grow and she shares the teachings of yoga in a very practical and down to earth way. Shanti’s classes take a slow but dynamic meditative pace, helping students of all levels to recharge and deeply relax.
