Maitri Shakti Gold
Maitri Shakti Gold trained in 2011 and taught since, privately, workshops, retreats and group classes.
Beside being a Kundalini Yoga teacher she is also an Ayurvedic practitioner offering online seasonal cleanses with this combination of knowledge.
In 2015 Maitri Shakti Gold trained with Sad Dharam Kaur – a Canadian teacher- accompanied from Gabor Mate, learning how to assist students with addiction behaviour and in 2021 with Carolyn Cowan.
In 2013 for a year, she taught supporting the Guru Ram Das project for a rehab centre called Oak lodge in East Putney.
