Lauren Spanjar-Hewitt – British Wheel of Yoga Teacher
Lauren Spanjar-Hewitt is a BWY accredited teacher in NW London with over a decade of teaching and more than 500 hrs of training in Hatha, Yin, pre- and post-natal yoga. Lauren believes a healthy balance of yin and yang is essential for getting through the ebs and flows of modern living and she’s happy that she gets to teach both.
