Keith combines a background in nutrition, Ayurveda, herbalism and cookery with over 30 years of experience as a plant-based chef.
He travels widely, teaching workshops, retreats and courses around the world.
His events are hugely entertaining as well being full of practical knowledge on how to live a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
He currently provides pop-up kitchens in the workplace to help and inspire busy professionals to eat healthily. If your shifts are really long and you don’t have time to eat properly, or you get home so late you’re too tired to cook, then Keith can come to the rescue!
His aim in 2019 is to help NHS health professionals to eat better and stay healthy.
