Charlotta Martinus
Charlotta Martinus is an award-winning leader in the field of youth yoga and the only woman in Europe awarded the Master of Yoga title by the International Yoga Alliance. With over 35 years of experience as a therapist, teacher, and author of the best-selling TeenYoga for Yoga Therapists, she combines her background in healthcare, social work, and education with extensive yoga therapy training from India.
Charlotta’s programs, such as those for Sport England and the EU Erasmus Programme, are carefully researched and show clear benefits in reducing anxiety and enhancing young people’s well-being. An active advocate, she has also presented her work to the UK government, illustrating the societal and financial value of yoga in schools.
Charlotta will be on stand E6
