Caelin Nadin

Caelin Nadin is an Anxiety Coach and Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT) specializing in anxiety, PTSD and chronic pain. She is certified as a Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist (TIYT) and Somatic Experiencing (SEP-candidate) Caelin is the founder and Director of The Art of Resilience.

Caelin first came to mind-body practices in search of relief from symptoms of severe anxiety. After having found such a profound effect from these practices, she has made it her life’s purpose to assist others in finding relief through neurosensory and mindfulness practices. Caelin has offered her work in high schools, various health care and corporate settings, PTSD support groups, Veterans recovery programs, as well as in her private practice.

Caelin attended the Invictus Games 2022 in the Netherlands where she acted as the somatic support coach for a Canadian participant. She was featured in Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex’s Netflix docuseries, ‘Heart of Invictus’. This impactful documentary chronicles the journey of six athletes from across the globe as they compete in the games, with one of them being her client.
